We were all saddened by the passing of Anthony Bourdain but we’re lucky to have been graced with his thoughts and experiences. Kitchen Confidential is a classic. It’s a gripping, down-to-earth expression of Bourdain telling the tales in brutally honest detail of his journey and the culinary world. It’s one of those books you can read from head to toe, it’s very engaging, raw and authentic. His deliciously uncut, expressive insights touch your soul a bit. Bourdain was a beautiful person and a wonderful writer. A good one to read or re-read.
