The four pillars distillery is in the Yarra Valley right next to those lovely shiraz grapes so one day back in 2015 they decided to mix some shiraz grapes with their rare dry gin and voila that’s how the bloody shiraz was born. It has dark fruit and berry tones with a bit of spice. It’s a great winter warmer on ice with some orange slices which kind of reminds me Christmas pudding but it’s also amazing for fruity cocktails in the summer. There’s only limited stock available so while it’s in stock you probably wanna get your hands on some.
