Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana (PBCB) Smoothie

For those times when you want a sweet indulgent treat but you don't want to feel bad about it. This healthy smoothie is packed with nutrients but tastes like an absolute treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (heaped) 
  • 1 tsp of honey 
  • 1½ cups almond milk (or any milk of choice) 
  • 1 square of dark chocolate chopped (I use lindt dark chocolate 70%) 

Method

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender but keep aside a pinch of chopped chocolate to pop on top. 
  2. Blend it up. 
  3. Sprinkle the pinch of chocolate on top to garnish and enjoy!
