Rude Boy Burger will have you drooling at the sight of their burgers. The melted cheese oozing over the smashed wagyu beef patties gets me every time. Not only do they have some epic meat burgers they actually have a good range of non-meat burgers too. Whether you eat meat or not, you're probably going to order too much, eat it all and not regret a single thing.
The Canadian is a special that’s been on the menu for a long time because the people keep coming back for it. When you taste that glorious maple glazed bacon it all makes sense. It has a 150g wagyu burger, maple glazed bacon, thick sliced pickles, double cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup and mustard. All the good stuff.
Next up we had the beast of bourbon which was pretty epic. It was one of those monstrous tower burgers with both wagyu beef and fried chicken. It had double smashed wagyu, a chipotle fried chicken steak, bacon, triple cheese, onion, tomato, pickles, garlic mayo and house made smoked bourbon sauce. We had to get creative on how to eat it but it was full of flavour and super tasty.
When it came to vegetarian and vegan options I was impressed. They didn’t just have a token veg patty burger. They had a range of vegetarian and vegan burgers, vegan loaded fries and even milkshakes with soy whipped cream. We had the Vegan Latina which had four mini deep fried potato cakes (which were awesome) with chickpea salsa, chimichurri , avocado, jalapeno, chipotle relish, lettuce, tomato and onion. It was delish.
We also had the vegan loaded fries which was kind of like nachos but a chips version. The chips were loaded with tomato and red onion salsa, avocado and jalapenos.
We had a meaty loaded fries too, the Cubano. The fries were loaded with slow roasted pork shoulder, bits of chorizo, mustard, pickles, cheese sauce and mojo mayo which had a nice spice to it.
We had the maple fried chicken tenders covered in melted liquid cheese. And obviously they were amazing. The batter was crispy, the chicken was juicy, the sweet glazed maple went so well with the chicken and then that melted liquid cheese sauce poured over the top was the cherry on the cake. So good.
We had a tim tam slam shake and an Oreo peanut butter vegan shake. They were both delicious. The vegan shake had soy milk and whipped cream and the nutty soy flavour just added to the peanut butter flavour. They were both delish.
They also have a variety of beers available if that’s more your thing.
I heart Rude Boy Burger!
