Tokyo Sushi Kitchen aka TSK has opened a new store on Clarendon street in South Melbourne and is home to sushi rolls, sushi platters, poke bowls, teriyaki and if you want something sweet they even have some green tea ice-cream for dessert.
You can get yourself a handroll, sashimi or nigiri on the go or opt for a sushi platter to share with friends. We had a range of sushi platters which were all very fresh and super delicious.
They have a make-your-own poke bowl station where you can decide what goes in your poke bowl. I choose the soba noodles with edamame, kimchi, salmon, tuna and avocado with sesame dressing.
The teriyaki pork was full of flavour and the meat was tender and served on a bed of rice topped with spring onions (this was a sample size from the launch)
The green tea ice cream looked like bowls of wasabi with that beautiful green colour and it had just the right amount of green tea to be slightly bitter but mostly sweet.
I heart Tokyo Sushi Kitchen!
