Wings of glory specialise in finger lickin’ chicken wings. They have standard or boneless in a variety of flavours. Add chips, salad and beer to the mix and you’ve got yourself a new favourite chicken place. Sometimes you just have to wing it. And why wouldn’t you when the wings are this good.
They have a range of flavours like honey (my fave), lemon pepper, cajun and spicy. Depending on your chilli tolerance you can order the spicy wings in mild, medium or hot.
They also do chicken wing roulette where you can order a plate of wings (mild, medium or hot), but amongst them is a few blow-your-head-off super hot ones. Which is funny for the people watching but not so much for the person who lucks out (unless they like it really hot and then in that case it’s a win-win situation).
They have a range of healthy sides like a brown rice salad, couscous, or greek salad if you want to healthify your meal.
Or you could go with the deep fried chips. Their potato chips are unique, they are thinly sliced rounds of potato deep-fried so they are almost like a cross between crisps or little potato cakes.
They have a range of beers to chug down and what better beverage to accompany fried chicken really.
To finish off we had ice cream hotdogs. Yes you read correctly, an ice-cream hot dog bun lightly toasted then filled with cookies ‘n’ cream ice-cream and chunks of oreo biscuit. They had a strawberry version and a honeycomb one too. ohhh yea.
There is a lot to love about wings of glory. They have amazing chicken and some yummy sides to match. Definitely worth a try, these wings are glorious.
I heart Wings of Glory!
